Oyster Consulting (Bermuda) Ltd Consultant Henry M. Komansky, J.D., presented another in his very popular series of lectures on 2nd November 2016 discussing the Designated Non-Financial Businesses & Professions impacted by the changes to the Proceeds of Crime Amendment Act 2015 which came into effect on 1st January, 2016.

This new annual requirement for all Designated Non-Financial Business & Professions to complete an AML Audit includes all Corporate Services Providers who have recently undergone their own licensing requirements.  In addition to newly-licensed Corporate Service Providers, both Real Estate Agents and High Value Dealers will also be impacted by the new annual AML audit requirement.
